Returns Policy

Xclusive is happy to offer all its customers a 10-day return policy after an order is placed. Returns will be accepted only for items which are wrong shipped or have been received in a damaged condition. Xclusive has a 3 layer safety check for all its orders before they are dispatched for delivery. Once a return has been processed, Xclusive’s courier partner will pick up the return order from the doorstep. Once the item is received back at Xclusive’s return center, the item will be cross-checked for its condition and complete accessories. Once this process is complete, the full amount will be returned back to the customer in their account within 3 days.
